Pátek...a už je konec druhého týdne praxe...moje první hodina byla v 09:15 s Johnem a jeho deváťáky...dneska proběhla celá v Dánštině :-( protože v Dánsku byl zaveden nový systém zkoušení a John to tak musel studentům důkladně vysvětlit...
...so what is the exam like...it has several parts and is followed by an assessor from outside the school...
...a jak to tedy vypadá...zkouška má několik částí a odehrává se pod dohledem přísedícího, který není zaměstnancem školy...
- speaking...students choose one topic out of four that they had been working on throughout the year (Being young, Prejudice and discrimination, Life and death and Ways of living) and they prepare ahead to be able to talk about it for 5 minutes...then they draw one more topic which they will spontaneously discuss with their teacher...
- mluvení...studenti si zvolí jedno téma ze čtyř, které probírali v průběhu roku (Co to obnáší být mladý, Předsudky a diskriminace, Život a smrt a Životní styly) a pak si ho dopředu připraví tak, aby o něm byli schopni 5 minut hovořit...dále si vytáhnou ještě jedno, o kterém budou muset spontánně diskutovat s učitelem...
- listening...get a CD to which they listen and then answer multiple choice questions...
- poslech...dostanou CD, které si poslechnou a zodpoví otázky formou a)b)c)...
- reading...get a text...read it and then answer questions...
- čtení...dostanou text...přečtou si ho a zodpoví otázky...
- writing...they draw a topic on which they write a story or a short essay...
- psaní...vytáhnou si téma, na které napíšou příběh nebo krátkou esej...
...quite a complex exam for the 9th graders, don´t you think?...but they will certainly get more out of this then from passing grammar test...
...docela složitá zkouška pro deváťáky, nemyslíte?...ale rozhodně si z toho odnesou více než kdyby prošli gramatickým testem...
After the usual song and discussion of what´s on their mind and snack...students had a "cleaning lesson"...well...the school needs to be cleaned sometimes and here it is done by the students...no cleaning lady´s coming :-)...they are divided into groups and each group takes a different section to clean...
Po obvyklé písni, probrání co leží studentům na srdci a svačině...měli studenti "hodinu uklízení"...no...škola občas potřebuje poklidit a tady to dělají studenti...žádná uklizečka :-)...jsou rozděleni do několika skupin a každá má na starosti určitou část......at 11:25 I met Signe and her "children"...group of students to which she is like a parent...this is the time of the week when they talk about anything that they want or need to discuss and it can be of any matter e.g. if there is something that makes them sad...it gives the relationship between teachers and students completely different dimension...after they finished up cleaning and we all went for lunch...
...v 11:25 jsem se sešla se Signe a jejími "dětmi"...skupinou studentů, pro které tu představuje rodiče...toto je doba týdne, kdy proberou cokoliv co chtějí nebo potřebují a může to být z jakéhokoliv soudku např. jestli je něco co je činí smutnými...dodává to vztahu mezi učitelem a žáky úplně novou dimenzi...poté dokončili úklid a společně jsme šli na oběd...During the meal, the students I sit with told me that they are having a big party outside the school tonight...can´t drink on the school ground:-)...so they rented some place and even hired bartenders...someone is going to whatch over them there though because there will be about 70 students under the age of 18...but still they are going to drink alcohol although they are just 15, 16 or 17...you can legaly buy alcohol when you are 16 in Denmark... interesting, huh?...not sure if it is a great idea...
V průběhu oběda jsem se od studentů, se kterými sedím, dozvěděla, že dneska mají velkou akci mimo školu...nemohou pít na pozemku školy :-)...tak si pronajali nějaké prostory a dokonce si zajisitili i barmany...někdo tam sice na ně bude dohlížet, protože se účastní kolem 70 studentů mladších osmnácti let...ale i tak budou popíjet alkohol, přestože jim je pouze 15, 16 nebo 17...v Dánsku si lze koupit alkohol legálně již v 16ti letech...zajímavé, že?...nejsem si ale jistá jestli je to zrovna skvělý nápad...
...the rest of the day I just rested...still don´t feel really fit...:-(
...zbytek dne jsem prostě odpočívala...ještě mi se necítím dvakrát fit...:-(
